Charity Marcus

Charity Marcus is the Founder and Principal of Boulevard Government Affairs, a strategic government affairs, public affairs, and political consulting firm that helps businesses, nonprofit organizations, trade associations, and public-sector leaders navigate government, influence public policy, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. With nearly 20 years of experience in government affairs, public affairs, strategic communications, and political strategy, Charity provides trusted counsel on legislative and public affairs, executive advocacy, coalition building, public relations, media strategy, and stakeholder engagement. She is recognized for developing practical, results-oriented strategies that help clients achieve their policy and organizational objectives.

Throughout her career, Charity has built trusted relationships with elected officials, agency leaders, business executives, community organizations, and media partners across Oklahoma and beyond. Her expertise spans legislative advocacy, public affairs campaigns, strategic communications, message development, reputation management, crisis communications, and grassroots engagement. By integrating policy expertise with strategic communications, she helps clients effectively engage decision-makers, shape public discourse, and advance meaningful initiatives at the local, state, and federal levels.

Charity developed extensive experience at the intersection of government, communications, business, and community leadership. She has served on the Oklahoma Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights, appointed during both of Trump's administrations, and on Governor Kevin Stitt's Minority Business Council. Locally, Charity has served on the Board of Directors for Leadership Tulsa, Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, and the Black Wall Street Chamber of Commerce. Charity is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa (Class 52) and Leadership Bixby (Class 13). She is known for her integrity, strategic leadership, and commitment to helping clients successfully navigate today's evolving public policy landscape.
