Charity Marcus
Charity Marcus is the founder of Boulevard Government Affairs. With 13 years of experience working in Oklahoma politics and government, Charity has built strong relationships at the local, state, and federal levels of government. With a solid reputation for getting things done, she founded her consulting firm in 2014.
Over the past decade, Charity has guided her government affairs clients to navigate local and state government effectively and successfully. Including assisting them with crafting legislation, influencing policy changes, building relationships with key discussion-making, and coalition building. In addition, Charity has worked with political candidates at the local and state levels, most of whom are now serving their communities as elected officials.
Previously, Charity has served Oklahoma as a committee member on the Oklahoma Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights during Trump’s first term; a member of the Governor’s Minority Business Council, a council started under current Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt to create programming to educate business and community leaders on business case diversity and inclusion for the state of Oklahoma; a board member for the Tulsa Young Republicans; and a State Committee Member for the Republican Party of Tulsa County.
Charity currently serves as a board director for Leadership Tulsa and the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce. Charity is also a Leadership Tulsa (Class 52) and Leadership Bixby (Class 13) alum. After the election of President Donald Trump in 2024, Charity was tapped to serve Oklahoma again as a committee member on the Oklahoma Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights.
